Rules & Regulation of Internet Cafe

• Opening timings for Internet Cafe are:

Sat - Thu: 9:00 AM to 03:00 AM

Fri: 1:30 PM - 03:00 AM

• Children under the age of 18 cannot surf the Internet without the consent of their parents as per the law by Etisalat. They need to produce a signed declaration from their parents or guardians. A copy of the declaration can be obtained from the counter.

• Charges for the computer usage are Dhs 15/- per hour, charged on 15 minutes basis with a minimum of one hour.

• Printing facility is available on a B&W laser printer @Dhs2/- per page.

• Scanning facility is available @Dhs 15/- per picture.

• Floppy Disks can be purchased for Dhs. 5/- per disk.

• Price for the food has to be paid separately and prices can be found in the menu.

• Membership facility is available at

Dhs 130/- for 10 hours

Dhs 275/- for 20 hours

Dhs 575/- for 50 hours

• Upper hall and the training room is a non smoking area and ground floor is a smoking area.

• If you have some problem with the computer, we are here to help you. But if your computer works with some sites except with some particular site, please understand that it is not the problem petaining to the computer. It is most probably beacuse the site you are acessing is temporarily out of order. The server that is hosting the site might have crashed.

• If you are acessing a site eg. Hotmail and you are unable to connect please inform us imediately so that we can adjust your time.It would be very difficult if you “keep trying for an hour” and then insist on time adjustments.

• Training for the use of Internet is not included in the service charges as we have separate training programs available.
